Coming Up Next

I first tried Antigravity training at Float Fitness as a fun challenge with a friend—little did I know it would open up a whole new world of movement for me. I went on to complete Fundamentals 2, Aerial Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Pilates. The training was relaxed and fun, but Lou’s instruction was so thorough I left feeling confident to teach right away. I now run aerial classes in my own studio, and the tools from the training continue to guide my teaching. I highly recommend Lou as a master trainer and her courses to anyone looking to grow.
I recently completed the AntiGravity Fitness Instructor Training with Lou Kirkham at the beautiful House of Yoga in Mount Maunganui. Lou’s passion and supportive teaching style made the experience truly transformative. The course blended technique, philosophy, anatomy, and safety with a strong sense of community. As a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer, I’m excited to integrate the hammock into my work and contribute to the House of Yoga, which already feels like home.
Thank you, Lou!
I first tried Antigravity in 2016 at Float Fitness and was instantly hooked. When I asked Louise how I could go deeper, she encouraged me to do the teacher training. Antigravity proved to be a safe, low-impact way to move, breathe, and reconnect—especially valuable in a small town like Ohakune. Since qualifying, I’ve opened a home studio where locals can grow at their own pace. Eight years on, I’m still learning in the hammock—it’s a gift that keeps lifting body, mind, and soul.
