What is Floating Meditation?

Floating Meditation combines the restorative benefits of aerial hammock work with guided meditation and breathwork. Suspended in a silk hammock, you are fully supported while your nervous system naturally decompresses.

This practice is suitable for all levels — no prior yoga or aerial experience is required. Come as you are and allow the hammock to do the work.

Sessions typically run for 1–2.5 hours and include gentle movement, guided relaxation, and a final savasana in the hammock.
